So… who wants cake?

The Champions Online Anniversary Cakestravaganza begins tomorrow, as we roll into the next phase of the anniversary.

Rock out at Sapphire’s concert, complete with her glitz-pop hit singing talents and a titanic cake! Look around Millennium City, and you might just get gifts to celebrate the anniversary. 10 AM PDT on Friday (Sep. 7) is cake o'clock, so get ready for your concert.

Level up with bonus experience over the weekend! Talk to Witchcraft to earn a four-hour boost to EXP you gain – to re-up the boost, just talk to her again. You’ll be able to get this boost from 10 AM PDT on Friday (Sep. 7) through 11:59 PM on Sunday (Sep. 9).

Drop your jaw at majestic fan art in the anniversary art contest, hosting some of the best game-related art yours truly has seen. Your fellow players have submitted tons of fan-drawn pictures and well-composed screenshots. This contest is still going, so you can join the contest in the forum thread, or you can page through the Facebook gallery of standout images.

Of course, that won’t be the end of the anniversary. On Tuesday and Wednesday of next week (Sep. 11 & 12), missions will grant double Questionite. Earn your favorite Q-Store items from challenging Comic Series, Adventure Packs or Alert daily missions. Save some of your Questionite, too, because there might just be a Q-Store update in the near future – and there are whispers on the wind of still more, including a massive giveaway for veteran heroes. Stay tuned for more details!

We’ve also had a few events that have already wrapped up, including our anniversary leveling contest. Congratulations to everyone who took a character from creation to Level 40 in less than two weeks. Lunabelle, Tesseract, Abraham Lincoln and more – heroes, Millennium City salutes you!
